1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. Just provide your mobile number and other details. Order updates and tracking info will be shared via your mobile number or email.

2. Can I pay via Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer both Prepaid and COD options. COD is available on selected pin codes only. Prepaid orders help us process faster and ensure smooth delivery.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link via your registered mobile number or email. Click the link anytime to see the status of your shipment.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please share an unboxing video or photos when raising a return request.

6. How do I raise a return or refund request?

  • Description of the issue + photos/video (if applicable)

7. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed after the product is verified and returned to our supplier (if applicable). Typically, it may take 7–14 business days.

Check your tracking link first. If there’s an issue, contact our support team with your Order ID and mobile number. We will assist you promptly.

9. Do you deliver across India?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners.
